What are the payment options?

We accept debit and credit cards online.  

What is your return policy?

Products do not qualify for a refund after the package has been shipped since these are personal care products. If you receive a damaged item in your package, please email us with your contact information as well as a photo of the damaged product and we will issue a new product.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment we are not shipping internationally, we are working to offer this soon dolls!

Can I use the products on my child's hair?

Yes! Regrowth Essentials products are safe to use on your childs hair.  We do not recommend getting the products in their eyes since these are not tear free products and can irritate their sentitive eyes.
Please be aware of any allergies your children may have, if you have any doubts plese email us to be safe.

How long does it take to see results?

Our dolls have seen changes as soon as 4 weeks into using our products but please remember that every case is different.
